I love experimenting with flavours and designs of both my ice cream and my cake. This means I often have spares and one offs, and there's only so much ice cream my family and I can eat. So, luckily for you, I put them on here. As these are experimental cakes, I get to practice new design and flavour ideas and you get a fab ice cream cake for a trial price.
