Layers of hazelnut & chocolate ice cream are smothered in a crunchy hazelnut and chocolate ganache, before being decorated with white hazelnut frosting, chopped hazelnuts, chocolate drops and those little knobbly chocolate-hazelnut balls we all love.
This cake will make even the most discerning guests ooh and aah. The Ambassador has nothing on this!

Our ice cream is made in a parlour that uses ground nuts, tree nuts, milk, wheat, gluten, eggs, fish, sulphites & soya.
This ice cream cake is approximately 6″ wide and 5″ tall.
It comes in a square cake box – 8″ wide, 8″ tall.
