If you are a fan of a banoffee pie, you are going to LOVE this ice cream version. A light biscuit base is layered with dulce de leche, our homemade banana ice cream and cream before being decorated with chocolate shavings and banana chip slices.
A firm favourite of mine, but my husband’s least favourite dessert. He dislikes bananas, so won’t even try this one. He doesn’t know what he’s missing out on.
Full cream MILK, sugar, cream (MILK), base mix ((skimmed MILK powder, emulsifiers (E471, E477, E472b), LACTOSE, dextrose, dried glucose syrup, vegetable fat, thickeners (tara gum, sodium carboxymetylcellulose, guar gum), MILK proteins, maltodextrin, salt, flavourings)), skimmed MILK powder.
Our ice cream is made in a parlour that uses ground nuts, tree nuts, milk, wheat, gluten, eggs, fish, sulphites & soya.
This ice cream pie is approximately 3″ wide and 1.5″ tall. It comes in a square cake box – 6″ wide, 3″ tall.
