Cappuccino

£6.00£10.00

According to Wikipedia, cappuccino originated in Austria, but we still think the best cappuccino is served in Italy (the little cafe in the courtyard outside the train station in Pisa to be precise). And what else is synonymous with Italy…you guessed it. Gelato. So a cappuccino gelato is pretty much as Italian as it gets.

Delicious served on it’s own, or why not make a simple affogato by pouring over 2 shots of freshly brewed coffee. Deliziosa!

How To Serve

  • Please keep me frozen at -18°C until I’m needed.

To serve cakes:

  • To serve ice cream cakes, remove from the freezer 10 minutes before required, to allow the ice cream to soften a little.
  • Use a skewer dipped in hot water to make a hole for any candles or toppers – this bad boy is frozen hard and will happily snap any fancy additions.
  • To slice, a sharp knife dipped in hot water will give you the best clean slices.
  • Your ice cream cake can remain out of the freezer for up to 30 minutes (this is reduced in one of those crazy heatwave type situations!)

To serve pies:

  • All our ice cream pies will benefit from a few minutes out of the freezer before serving. Large pies can be left out for a bit longer.
  • To serve, a sharp knife dipped in hot water will give you the best clean slices.
  • Your ice cream pie can remain out of the freezer for up to 20 minutes (this is reduced in one of those crazy heatwave type situations!)

Left over ice cream

  • Should there be any left over ice cream, you can pop it back in the freezer for another day. We recommend wrapping it in some tin foil or clingfilm to stop freezer burn.
  • Your ice cream will last up to 3 months once opened/cut.
